With everything that is going on I have had little time to devote to the blog. But as I settle in to the house and am enjoying all the summer fun here is some of the food I've been making at the Castle for the Viking and our friends.
Salsa and Guacamole from scratch and all the fixings Chicken, beans and rice. We also had soft and hard shell tacos for guests to build their own.
Next when the weather started to get warmer I made Louisiana style BBQ shrimp on the grill for an appetizer. Some butter and rolls and it's a perfect snack.
That same night we grilled a big piece of steak w some shrimp for dinner.
