Best Ribs in Atlanta

Like most people Sunday is for relaxing and a nice dinner. The Viking and I enjoy taking Sunday to cook a good meal, play a few rounds of Uno and watch Game of Thrones.  This Sunday was no different, while shopping at the farmers market I found a nice rack of baby back ribs. I love to grill or even smoke my meat, when I tell my friends a lot of the time they tell me how they are not comfortable with cooking ribs on the grill. There is no reason to feel this way!  With a few tips and tricks you to can become a grill master and impress your friends and family at your next Sunday dinner.  1. Pick fresh not frozen ribs (if you can). Break them out of the packaging and pat them dry.  2. Flip the ribs over you will see a membrane cut the membrane with a knife to help tendering the ribs.  3. If I say Sushi, what would you say? YES! Is the only correct answer.  I had the pleasure of eating at the newest Sushi place in Doraville this week, called  Kula  it is an international brand, with 400 restaurants in Japan and this is the 13th revolving sushi bar in the US. They have places in California, Texas, and now Georgia.  Hosted by Davo Eda, the Public Relations Manager, he was so kind to invite me in to see the new place. He even let me bring a friend, so of course I brought my favorite lady Callie, to help me eat and take pictures.  We were introduced to Mr. Fresh, it is the plate holder for the conveyor belt, "he" holds the green plates of food and treats. There was a tutorial of how to grab the food from the belt, as well as how to order from the menu and dispose of your plates. Mr. Fresh keeps the food germ free, has a chip in it for timing and every 2 hours he lets a specialists know it is time to throw the food out. This technology helps cut dow

Well, that is exactly what Jimmy's is.   It is named after owner, Jimmy, a retired Dekalb county police officer, he has been in the business of night clubs and restaurants for over a decade. Jimmy's is his 4th opening, but, first with this feel to it.  When you first enter the restaurant, you know what you are getting in to. From the authentic art on the walls and decor, you can see the details and love put in to this place. The bar is raised above the setting area and is amazing. Tall bar stools, draft beer, and
